These types of commissions may have special requirements or prices, especially if they are made with intention of reselling or using for a brand identity.

Will / Won't

Please note that these lists are not all inclusive.
If there's something that isn't mentioned or you're unsure about, please ask!

Will Draw:

  • Human and humanoid characters (original characters, fanart of pre-existing external characters)

  • Real people, even you!

  • Stylized humans, humanoids, and animals

  • Anthropomorphic characters

  • Non-anthropomorphic animals, mythical creatures, pets (Be aware that I only have practice in drawing a few different species. Please ask about the species you are interested in and we'll discuss what I can do!)

  • "Chibi" style characters

  • All genders, races, sexuality/orientations, ages

  • Light drug usage (e.g. cigarettes, alcohol, marijuana)

  • In another style, such as UPA, classic cartoon, linocut, or screenprint

  • Commercial art (please get in touch about what you're interested in!)

Won't Draw:

  • NSFW, fetish, kink, or generally sexual, adult-themed content of any kind, no matter how heavy or explicit

  • Hate art; any situation or characters with discriminatory, hateful, harmful, or mocking intentions. This includes but is not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and ableism

  • Shipping art that I am not comfortable drawing

  • Gore of any kind

  • Self harm (Scars are fine!)

  • Vomit

  • Complex robots/mecha and monsters

  • Large scenes or backgrounds

Case by Case (Please Ask):

I am more than open to drawing some of these points, but please be aware that some of these points may result in a longer turnaround, and/or incur additional fees.
This will be discussed before payment is processed.

  • Mild blood/wounds

  • Shipping art

  • Artistic nudity

  • Hard drug usage

  • More than five characters in one piece

  • Small, non-complex scenes or backgrounds

  • Short animations or tweening

  • Short comic strips

  • Reference sheets, sketch pages, or expression sheets

  • Complex backgrounds, characters (e.g. reptiles, hybrids, muscular human/oids), or clothing (e.g. armour, period clothing)

  • Complex props (e.g. large instruments, vehicles, architecture, furniture, weaponry)

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and understood these terms.
If any terms are broken, I have the right to cancel your commission.

General

  • My commissions are for personal use.

  • My commissions cannot be redistributed for commercial use, unless discussed.

  • I retain the rights to my work.

  • If you repost my work, please give credit and make sure my signature in the piece is un-edited. Feel free to use my work as an icon on social media as long as you don't claim it as your own.

  • You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.

  • Do not edit my work without my explicit permission.

  • Fully completed commissions cannot at any point be refunded.

  • My art cannot be resold, or minted as an NFT, under any circumstance.

  • I may use your commission as an example piece in price sheets, my portfolio, or reposting on social media. If the commission was of an OC or otherwise original content, your name will be credited and/or tagged. Please let me know if you do not want me to repost work featuring your original content.

  • My terms of service may be edited at any time.

  • I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, without an explanation.

Process

  • I will start a sketch of your commission as soon as possible after receiving your request.

  • Please give me as many clear directions and references as possible to make your commission to your liking! If sending references, please send SFW images if possible.

  • When the sketch is complete, I will send it for your approval and payment. After receiving payment I will start lining and/or colouring!

  • Small props, like handheld props, small instruments, speech bubbles/text, symbols, etc. are of no extra cost.

  • Background props, like furniture, large instruments, and vehicles may cost a small fee between £1-7 depending on the size and detail. Please let me know if you want any of these added. I may also add these in myself if I think it is appropriate for the pose/character, but I will always provide alternate versions of the complete commission without the props.

  • Complex characters may cost slightly extra depending on detail. As stated on my commission sheet, I do not take commissions on complex robots, mecha, or monsters.

  • When the commission is finished, I will send you a private Google Drive folder containing PNG files of your commission. This folder will not be deleted, so you can access it anytime. I will send at least 3 versions, including a coloured background, a plain white background, and a transparent background.

  • I will not send PSD/SAI/AI files of your commission, unless it is for commercial use or under special circumstances.

  • I am more than happy to make minor changes to your commission at any time. However, large changes will take longer. I will make major changes for free up to 48 hours after the initial finished file has been sent. After 48 hours have passed, it will cost £3 per each major change.

Deadlines & Turnaround

  • I am willing to work on rush commissions or deadlines for a fee, but please be respectful of the fact that I work with other clients and work part-time as well.

  • Turnaround time will tend to take between 1 to 3 weeks. During holiday times, turnaround may take over a month.

  • Turnaround time may extend at any point due to real life circumstances. If these occur, I will let you know as soon as possible.

  • Please don't be afraid to let me know about changing any details or fixing any mistakes as soon as I have sent the initial sketch!

  • If you want updates about progress at any time, please let me know! You can also check my commission queue for updates.

Payment & Refunds

  • I ONLY take payment via Paypal.

  • Payment may ONLY be taken in £ pound sterling (GBP). If you are based outside the UK, Paypal should automatically convert the GBP amount to the equivalent in your local currency.

  • After I send the initial sketch to your approval, please send your payment in full via Paypal.

  • Commissions may only be refunded in full after the initial sketch has been sent and responded to, and I have not yet begun lineart/colour.

  • Fully completed commissions cannot at any point be refunded.

  • If I somehow cannot finish your commission because of personal circumstances, you will be refunded in full.

  • Small props and simple backgrounds are free. Large background props and complex backgrounds may cost a small fee (see Process).

  • Prices cannot be negotiated, and payment cannot be bartered. If you’re interested in a piece without having to pay, please ask about an art trade!
