My commissions are for personal use.

My commissions cannot be redistributed for commercial use, unless discussed.

I retain the rights to my work.

If you repost my work, please give credit and make sure my signature in the piece is un-edited. Feel free to use my work as an icon on social media, as long as you don't claim it as your own.

You are not allowed to claim my work as your own.

Do not edit my work without my explicit permission.

Fully completed commissions cannot at any point be refunded.

My art cannot be resold, or minted as an NFT, under any circumstance.

My art cannot be used in the training or use of AI models.

Attempts to "fetish bait", or any "loopholes" to have me draw something I have stated I will not in my terms, will result in refusal of service and blacklisting from any future commissions.

I may use your commission as an example piece in price sheets, my portfolio, or reposting on social media. If the commission was of an OC or otherwise original content, your name will be credited and/or tagged. Please let me know if you do not want me to repost work featuring your original content.

My terms of service may be edited at any time.

I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, without an explanation.

If I notice that these terms of service have been broken, I have the right to refuse service and blacklist clients from purchasing future commissions.

Payments must be made by one of two methods: 1. Pay 100% of the price up front, after you have approved the rough draft sketch of your commission; or 2. Pay 50% of the price up front as a deposit, before receiving the rough draft sketch, and pay the remaining 50% after you have approved the rough sketch draft of your commission.

I will start a sketch of your commission as soon as possible after receiving your request.

Please give me as many clear directions and references as possible to make your commission to your liking! When sending references, please send SFW images.

When the rough draft sketch is complete, I will send it for your approval. After receiving your payment I will start lining and/or colouring!

Small props, like handheld props, small instruments, speech bubbles/text, symbols, etc. are of no extra cost.

Background props, like furniture, large instruments, and vehicles may cost a fee depending on the size and detail, usually around £15. Please let me know if you want any of these added.

Complex characters and clothing (ie. armour, intricate period clothing, coats and dresses) may incur an extra fee depending on detail, usually around £15. As stated on my commission sheet, I do not take commissions on complex robots, mecha, or monsters.

Complex backgrounds (this includes backgrounds that require the same amount of effort as the character) may cost a fee of £20+.

When the commission is completed, I will send you a private Google Drive folder containing PNG files of your commission. This folder will not be deleted, so you can access it anytime! I will send at least 3 versions, including a coloured background, a plain white background, and a transparent background.

I will not send PSD files or other layer information-containing files of your commission, unless it is for commercial use or under special circumstances.

I am more than happy to make minor changes to your commission at the sketch stage without any extra cost. However, large changes or changes made after completion will take longer and incur extra fees. I will make minor changes for free up to 48 hours after the initial finished file has been sent. After 48 hours have passed, it will cost £10 per each major change.

I am willing to work on rush commissions or deadlines for a fee, but please be respectful of the fact that I work with other clients, and work part-time as well!

Turnaround time will tend to take between 2 to 6 weeks. During holiday times, turnaround may take over a month, This will always be notified to you in advance.

Turnaround time may extend at any point due to real life circumstances. If these occur, I will let you know as soon as possible.

Please don't be afraid to let me know about changing any details or fixing any mistakes as soon as I have sent the initial sketch! I am always happy to make sure you're pleased with the piece you're getting.

I ONLY take payment via Paypal.

Under specific circumstances, and if you are based in the UK with a UK bank account, I will accept payment via bank transfer.

Payment may ONLY be taken in £ pound sterling (GBP). If you are based outside the UK, Paypal should automatically convert the GBP amount to the equivalent in your local currency.

If you have opted to pay 100% up front: after I send the initial sketch to your approval, please send your payment in full via Paypal.

Commissions may only be refunded in full after the initial sketch has been sent and responded to, and I have not yet begun lineart/colour.

Fully completed commissions cannot at any point be refunded, regardless of which payment plan you have chosen for your commission.

If I somehow cannot finish your commission because of personal circumstances, you will be refunded in full.

Small props and simple backgrounds are free. Large props, complex backgrounds and characters/clothing will incur additional fees (see Process).

Prices cannot be negotiated, and payment cannot be bartered. If you’re interested in a piece without having to pay, please ask about an art trade!
